The Student Awards & Financial Aid office uses an electronic process to confirm your enrolment directly to the Ministry of Training. It’s January, why haven’t I received my OSAP funding yet? 1) Student Awards and Financial Aid office has not received and/or processed all the documentation 2) you have not completed a Promissory Note. 3) your course load and/or program on Quest does not match.Please note that OSAP funds are NOT directed to the university to pay your tuition and fees, despite what is says on the OSAP application. Once your OSAP funding has been deposited to your bank account, you are responsible for paying any fees still owing to the university.
