We can’t talk about reading week in October without mentioning Oktoberfest, can we? With traditional festhallen closed, the Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest will be quite different this year. However, Canada’s largest Bavarian festival is re-imagining itself with a new restaurant program. Designed to support local business, and act as a fundraiser for the Onkel Hans Food Drive, the program promises finger-licking good food.
